How to use Formulas

 

It is imperative that you do not skip a meal. When you skip meals, your metabolism slows down and you store fat instead of burning it. Also, be aware that some people will lose weight faster than others. You will, however, get results -- quickly and safely!

 

Eat the food you like, just cut back on the amount -- cut back, don’t cut out! Eat what you usually eat for your regular meal -- just eat less of it. (See our "Guilt-free Snacking Recipes" for that in-between meal hunger.

QUICK START

Formula 1: Two level tablespoons per 8 oz. of any liquid (non-fat milk, juices, diet soda, etc.) You can add fruit. (see enclosed recipes) You can mix it with any food as well. (cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, applesauce, etc.) Take 2 of these shakes every day to replace 2 meals. Eat 1 regular meal (don’t diet) and drink 1 glass of water after each shake.

 

Formula 2: Take 1 tablet 3 times a day at mealtimes.

 

Formula 3: Take 2 capsules at breadfast, 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner.

 

Beige and Green: Take 1 Beige and two Green tablets twice a day, between meals. Eat a low calorie snack at these times. (see guilt-free snacking suggestions enclosed) If you like fruit,k eat one or two pieces mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

ADVANCED

Herbal Concentrate: Add 1/2 to 1 level teaspoon to hot or cold water. (can also be used in regular or decaffeinated coffee, juice, Crystal Light, diet sodas, etc.) Do not take after 3 o’clock in the afternoon

 

Thermojetics Yellow: Take 2 tablets with dinner.

ULTIMATE

ThermoBond: Take 1 tablet 3 times a day at mealtimes. You may take an additional tablet if you’re eating a high-fat regular meal.

 

Cell-U-Loss: Take 1 tablet 3 times a day at mealtimes.

 

Aminogen: Take 1 tablet per day with your big meal.
